Klaus is amazing. This is my second visit, as he went above and beyond my first experience. This was a quick drive belt replacement, and the price was amazing compared to the quote I got from the dealership. My previous visit really stood out, as my son and I were on our way to Ocean City and got a flat tire. I did not have a tire key lock, so I my car was towed to his shop. He did not have the right tire lock in shop, so he drove to the dealership to get one, and quickly replaced my tire. When quoted the price, I was amazed, as I was expecting much more for the level and speed of service he provided. I was off to Ocean City in just a few hours. Thank you Klaus!

The guys were excellent! The owner was outstanding in his customer service and communication, and pricing was very reasonable! Had my BMW towed in around noon on a light day for a tire blowout. Had my own tire. They brought it out completely done and balanced within 15 mins! Thank you guys! Found my new tire shop and so happy!!!

Very trustworthy and transparent auto shop. My car broke down on the road and had to be towed to a AAA shop. After receiving the estimate from AAA, I called a few different shops to compare quotes. Not only did Midway beat the other quotes, they found additional issues and fixed them as well for much less than any other quotes I received. I am so grateful to Klaus from Midway, I finally have a mechanic I can trust!

I was getting a lot of vibration while driving at highway speeds and my low tire pressure light kept coming on no matter how many times I put air in my tires. I called around to a few different places to get an estimate on getting new tires and an alignment done and the price offered by Midway was very reasonable. They were able to order the tires that night and I brought my car in the next morning. After about 3 or so hours it was ready to go. When driving the vehicle home I no longer noticed any vibration at all. I was very pleased with the entire experience from the first phone call all the way through to picking my vehicle back up when the work was complete. Great customer service! There are literally dozens and dozens of options in the Rockville area to get new tires. That said, I would encourage you to at least give Midway a call and see if they can give you a competitive service quote, like they did for me.

I arrived close to the end of the day and I was helped with a tired that had a leaky valve. This team is amazing! They not only resolved the problem, without replacing the tire, checked all other tires and were very knowledgeable and nice. I highly recommend their services.

This place is awesome. My girlfriend got a nail stuck in her tire. She went to this establishment late in the day. They patched the tire very quickly, while she waited, at a great price.

I came in almost an hour before close because my car was shaking. No other mechanic wanted to check my car but they took care of me immediately and got my car fixed same day when no one else could. Very nice workers and very reasonable prices. Very honest and trustworthy! Definitely my go to mechanic! Thank you!

I have spend a lot on my audi q7 with audi dealership and wasn't able to get a solution until I get refer by a friend to midway tire & auto services center where my problems was solve and my 2015 audi q7 is running like I just bought a new car. I'm so proud of the service I got and since then I refer other friends and I brought my Toyota corola 2009 and my with Honda accord 2014 to the shop. Happy to find a trustful place for my vehicles to get repair or maintain in good form.

As always Midway did a great job fixing my car. The owner, Klaus, talks with the customers and keeps them updated as to the status of their repair and cost. There are never any surprises and the repair costs are very reasonable. I would highly recommend Midway.

I love the new section they added. A waiting room! It's stocked with goodies that even the workers can enjoy. The owner is very passionate in his work. He also makes sure his workers are treated well. They even welcome my little dogs! It's always a pleasure to come here and chat a bit while waiting for my oil change. They always finish within 30 minutes since I like going when they are least busy. I am glad I have recommended my siblings to this place when I first found it. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone for an oil change.
